we booked for 7 people we asked for more towels which hasn't arrived and the apartment wasn't ready for 7 people with not enough towels

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Blisko do metra, z którego można się już dostać wszędzie. Apartament jest bardzo duży i przestronny. Spokojnie pomieściła się moja rodzina (5 dorosłych osób i 2 dzieci). Urządzony bardzo ładnie. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Jasne wskazówki jak dotrzeć !

Very spacious apartment, it was perfect for our kids to enjoy every room. Excellent location in the city center with connections by metro. There are also supermarkets close to the property. Also host was nice and answered all our questions with ease.

Been a big group we missed some place for jackets at the entrance, but wardrobes in rooms were big enough.

Location is really good - close to restaurants; night life; transport...

Advertised pictures and reality are far from each other. Pictures clearly were taken many years ago and apartment doesn't look anymore as it showed in the pictures. Additionaly, we arrived before the .midnight and couldn't access the building because of entry system failure and there was no one to assist us by ringing the support number provided by the hiring agents. So we ended up waking up neighbours to let us in - bad service.

We felt that the photos made it look a lot nicer than it actually was and it has such potential. One of the double bedrooms was very tight but the main problem was the shower that’s near the large bedroom it flooded everywhere and I could even hear it downstairs and then the smell that followed that the next couple of day’s was absolutely vile.
