Cleanliness and comfort of the room.

No air conditioner in the rooms, it was extremely hot in the morning.

The location is central which works best. I also liked the security of the premises. I appreciated that the room has an iron, ironing board, heater, blanket, electric blanket, microwave and kettle. I did not need to leave the comfort of my room for use of these items. I like the pool area too.

It was located in Mthatha!

Hard to compare against 4 star hotels. It is homey. The ladies who run the Lodge were lovely.
