Spacious, Elegant City Centre Apartment with FREE WIFI

Great location. Spacious.

Not hot water to shower had to have freezing cold showers the whole stay.

The location is great, you step out of the property onto the high street with cafes and shops. Living area was big. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was comfortable.

We had trouble with the shower (it’s an electric shower so not great) but we contacted the owner and someone came to look at it. Thankfully it had better flow and the temperature was regulated. The alley way leading to the apartment block isn’t very nice - very dirty.

Location, well appointed

Small details, such as tea towels, kitchen roll, cushions on the sofa were sadly missing. Windows were very dirty. Overall, the cleaning was very poor.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location in central Nottingham. Responsive staff. 2 minute walk to the tram stop and just by all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops. 2 supermarkets just round the corner. Despite it being right in the centre it was very quite and we slept very well. Easy self check-in

Loud music from an adjacent flat was pumping all through the night for both nights that we stayed here (Saturday & Sunday night). Not even ear plugs could save us. The walls were vibrating!! We couldn't figure out where it was coming from -the building behind that shares a wall and has a separate entrance, or maybe from a nightclub behind the flat? The noise could be heard in the bedroom and living room so no one in our family had a good sleep. The pull-out sofa bed was fine for one person but the second person would have to sleep on the very hard footstool part. A pillow-top mattress would solve this. Unfortunately there was no such topper for us to use. There was a funky smell upon entering the flat. We discovered the source when looking for a dish in the kitchen -someone had left grapes and carrots in the cupboard which were rotting away. We were surprised the cleaners hadn't found them as they had obviously been there for some time.

City centre, well equipped, clean, and well maintained. Secure access/gated access. Good sized, ideal for a weekend away. Although 1 bedroom, the settee is a spacious , comfortable, double bed which converts easily. Despite being in the heart of the city, very little noise could be heard inside.

Shared "alley" could have done with a clean.

Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment. Lovely interior design, and awesome location in Nottingham with plenty to see and do within walking distance.

The shower heating was finicky and took some finessing to get right.
