"Perfect apartment for a group of friends visiting Como!"

Superb location, spacious apartment, beautifully decorated. Everything that we needed was available. Small view of the lake from the master bedroom. Excellent for a group of 3 friends.

The fan in the ensuite bathroom was so loud - to the point of distraction. Unfortunately when we visited there was major building work going on elsewhere in the block. It can't be helped but it was very loud! The photos of the apartment made us believe the lake was visible from the balcony, but it is not.

In every small detail of the apartment, you can feel that for the owners, renting out an apartment is not simply a business, but a profession. Their respect and care for their guests is felt in their communication. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, equipped with everything,located in a very good neighborhood.

There is no such thing.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous. So many personable touches. It's a good size for a family. The area is amazing. Close to town, restaurants downstairs, lake in front of the apartment, quick walk to the ferries. There are lake views and you can see the sunset from the windows. The beds were comfy. I highly recommend this place!

There isn't an aircon in the bedroom, but there was a Dyson fan which helped filter the cold air from the living area into the bedroom.

Everything was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Cannot wait to come back again. This is the place you want to stay at when comming to Como. Perfect location and the apartment is really your home away from home. Calm, clean and close to anything you could be looking for. The apartment is equipped with anything you could possibly need. And the mini arcade?! WOW! Thank you for the fantastic stay!

"Comfortable stay in Excellent location."

The location of this property was excellent. Easy to access with instruction. There are stairs but that is to be expected in an old building in Italy. Beds very comfortable, and property had everything we needed to make meals. Would highly recommend.

So comfortable nice large villa. Perfect location with restaurants and gelato very close. Perfect location and wonderful hosts.
