"This was not worth the money, we feel ripped off."

It was spacious.

It was really unclean. Carpet in master bedroom was wet and smelled bad. Stains all over concrete flooring leading from the bathroom. Food remains and a disposable glove on kitchen surfaces. Bins were overflowing. No washing powder. Food wrappers and rubbish in lounge, under couches and under beds. Dirty laundry left under beds. This was not worth the money. Contacted owners, concerns were brushed off. Really unhappy. We want our money back.
