We had a great stay at this modern terrace house. The property was easy to find and had a sleek, contemporary look both inside and out. The two rear parking spots were very convenient, and accessing the house via the door code was hassle-free. The property was spotlessly clean, and it was a nice touch to have tea and coffee amenities available on arrival. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. We needed to contact the host during our stay, and they were fantastic—very approachable, friendly, and quick to address our enquiry. Overall, this was a lovely one-night stay, and we’d happily recommend it to others!

I like to leave an honest but accurate review so I’ll start with the very few positives. Once cleaned eventually - bed, duvet, parking and bathtub were probably the best parts of the house.

Where do I begin?! We checked in on a Sunday 5ish. House was a mess. Appreciate that some wear and tear is expected but table was stained, fabric chairs were stained, sofa had marks, cobwebs in corners of rooms etc. I checked the booking guide and it said they’re open until 6pm so straight away I contacted them via phone, WhatsApp number and the booking app. But no response from either. I tried them between 5:20pm to 9pm. It was too late to find anything else so I send my son up to bed and as soon as he lay down the slats of the single bed came down. He is not a heavy boy and is only just 8. At this point I sent them another WhatsApp message but no response. We checked the bedding was ok enough to sleep and settled for the night begrudgingly and not any of us got a decent sleep. Kitchen also has only one bowl and the rest are plates, minimal cutlery. The next day was Monday, I tried them again, eventually got through to someone in the late afternoon, she said she will send a cleaner round so I told her Tuesday 10-2 will be the only time we are out but what will happen about the two days that we’ve had to stay in the house that isn’t as described or pictured. She said she will speak to the manager. She sent cleaners round Tuesday , cobwebs still there but everything else seemed a bit better , stains I’m guessing are there to stay despite not being in the aesthetic pictures. I asked again what will be our compensation or recovery option for this inconvenience but nothing. She said manager is waiting to speak to someone. Further few nights passed and no contact was made. We checked out Friday and still to this day no partial refund or apology or anything from management. The worst service I’ve had. If they had just marketed the property accurate to what it’s state is the. It wouldn’t be a problem.

Very warm cosy house with 2 car parking spaces

Fridge Freezer awkward to open due to kitchen door ~ but can be sorted by the fridge freezer doors changed to open the other way.

Spotlessly clean and well decorated home. Beds were really comfy. Little touches like coffee and tea and toiletries were so helpful.

The property was in a good location , not too far from Birmingham new street . The communication from the property manager was very detailed as they give you a booklet.

There was only one roll of toilet paper left so we had to go purchase it in the middle of the night . The toilet wallpaper was coming off . We also had a miscommunication with our checkout time as we thought it was already agreed for a late checkout and I was going to get my card charged or possibly charged at the end of the stay but that wasn’t the case so we were woken up by loud banging from their cleaner . The cleaner barged in the property shouting we had to leave . The cleaner started being aggressive and throwing our toiletries and clothes on the floor and was racially abusive .

Very nice place to stay! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here! We will definitely be booking again! Best place I have stayed in a longtime.
