The property was nothing like advertised. We only received a £5 compensation despite requests for a full refund. Dirty mouldy bathroom, rotten stinking chicken in the fridge. Small room, no TV.

I got a very spacious room and comfy bed. It was just for one night but I truly had a good night’s sleep after a very long day.
The shower temperature could’ve been warmer. Took a while for the water to warm up and may need to be checked.

10 minute walk from the Brudenell social club Spacious room
The property listed facilities which weren't available Couldn't even make a coffee in the Communal kitchen.I think it's a case of BYO , as the other "occupants" (students) don't seem to want to share!. But then again tea & coffee weren't on the list of facilities provided .Could've done with a bed side lamp as the only light switch is next to the door . Thought twice about using the shower ( toiletries supposedly provided but not, apart from hand soap ) Very steep stairs up to the room
