GBIt was what we expected in terms of size and location.
Didn’t hear from or see the hosts other than an email to advise access and contact information. If a welcome book had been provided, it might have given us some guidance into how certain things worked ie heating water and internet - we had to figure it out. We had to clean the downstairs toilet as it had been used without being flushed. Kitchen chairs were dirty. The television didn’t work (not connected). Inadequate utensils in kitchen, for instance only one teaspoon, no sieve or bread knife etc. There was an invasion of moths so couldn’t really open windows.

Unlucky with my choice of weekends to stay , no electricity on Friday night , no water Saturday , sat night or Sunday . Difficult with 2 small children when electricity went , flash lights , no heating then when water gone , bottled water to flush toilets etc
IEClose to Limerick and Cork cities for events but also offers the quite countryside break.
The fireplace is not functioning and I was looking forward to having an open fire.
