"Poor Management"

I had a bad experience with the management. They sent me a message and asked to deposit 50% of the total cost of my supposedly stay with them. Unfortunately i trusted them much and transferred the money to the account name and account number they shred to me. My bank successfully transferred the money but they still kept telling they haven’t receive it. To my dismay I cancelled my booking and look for a much better hotel stay. I am hoping that the money I transferred will return to my account. If not, its a lesson learned on my part.
