GBBeautiful house, was just the perfect place to chill with friends, hot tub was a bonus to sit in at night all lit up to relax and the conservatory was a perfect little extra to sit in during the day, beds were very comfortable and the shower was great.
There was nothing we didn't like, no faults that we could honestly pick up on.

Parking … it’s on a very busy road and proved challenging for us on a weekend stay
GBGBGBGBIt smelt of smoke, it was dirty, there was hair everywhere, stains on the beds, someone else’s rubbish in the bin, mould in the shower and the hot tub water was not clean either. We didn’t use the hot tub or shower. We would have left, but we arrived later in the evening and didn’t realise how bad the place was till around 11pm when we went to shower and go to bed. Contacted booking.com, sent photos but never got a refund. Owner refused to take responsibility. I don’t understand how this place is rated so highly.
GBGBThis place was not cleaned prior to us arriving, beds not been changed, dirty socks left behind livingroom table, floors had not been cleaned, rubish at side of couch, dirty kitcken clothes left and out of date milk in fridge. There were no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide alarms installed either. This place could be really nice if looked after and cleaned properly
