Just washing machine was full water and when opened. It went all over me and the floor and was quite bad smell thanks

I tried to put dirty towels in the washing machine and upon opening it to do so I was covered waist down in dirty toilet drain smelling water that ruined my rather pricey shoes my socks my work trousers and covered the floor in a feces smelling stench

The location was a bit poor as it's on a busy main road so all you hear during the night is vehicles which obviously the hosts can't help. What was disappointing however was the shower was blocked and we discovered this at 11:30pm at night. The host is refusing to help us in any way because we 'stayed the night' and should have reported it there and then. This was a trip away to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and it was spoiled by not being able to shower. We did the decent thing and not telephone the mobile number left so late at night and now it feels like we're being punished for it. I would take both into consideration before you consider booking.

You can hear the person walking around the Flat above as floors are very squeaky. Didn’t notice it when in the bedrooms but loud when sitting in livingroom.
