Clean, good amenities, nice views, comfortable sitting room

There was nothing to like I'm afraid.

My husband and son were due to stay here but refused to stay as the property was not fit for habitation. These are his words. This property is very poor and we had to find another hotel (and we STILL have not received our refund), for the following reasons: 1. Filthy. There were used condom packets left on the floor in the master bedroom. 2. Not prepared for our arrival. This was a family booking with use of the sofa bed for my young son. There was no bed made up, the bare quilt and pillows were under the sofa directly on the floor. There were no sheets, quilt cover nor pillow covers in the entire apartment. 3. The property was generally unclean and the master bed was a very poor, thin mattress 4. There is no one at the property and so you can't actually get access to the apartment, no instructions given and and no one answers the phone when you try to call it just goes to voicemail; finally got instructions (via. booking.com) to go to another building to get a key and then return to the property. 6. Comms were poor throughout. Do not use this property. Not only is it poorly maintained and filthy, but the apartment manager is very slow on communicating. booking.com should stop offering these amateur properties. I get they are trying to cut into AirBNB's business but I want clean, reputable, stress-free accommodation. This property was definitely not any of those.

The property had no windows and was very hot. The oven was not working so we weren’t able to cook food.

Finding the appartments was well explained using text and videos via Whatsapp, at least once you found the lockbox with the key (see the negative points on that). It was relatively clean, but had a few minus points there as well. Host responded quick via the Booking.com platform, but again, not actually acting on the requested information, just promising and not delivering. The dining room table was beautifully set and everything was properly stowed away. I was also very happy with the iron and ironing board to touch up the dress shirts I brought and needed for client meetings.

Finding the door where the lockbox was located was not super trivial. Asking around in local shops also rendered no success. I'd propose adding the relative location to the station exit and/or a pluscode. Arrival went smooth, but it appeared that the cleaning staff does not have a final checklist as a number of things were off: - Of the three shower pumps (soap, conditioner, shampoo), only one was functioning. At first glance they were stuck, but I managed to repair them myself. - The trash can in the bath room had no liner and still had makeupremoval pads and a used razor from the previous tenant inside of it - There was a bottle cap on top of the bathroom closet - Bedside lamp did not have a bulb - WiFi instructions were said to have been on the router, but I did not find those. - TV sets were not paired to the WiFi
