The Pélican Héritage House.

The home is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. Most attractions, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our host Ludwig is the best. He received us at the old port and took us back there for departure. He is very responsive and answers our messages immediately. We had a wonderful time in Mykonos.

The stair to the bathroom upstairs is a bit steep. It didn’t bother us but maybe a concern for guests with mobility issues.

Pelican Heritage House is a cosy, chic yet clean and comfortable place to stay, complimented by the exceptional hospitality provided by Ludwig. Not only did he meet and greet us when we arrived at the port, he also helped with our send off with our luggage’s! His warmth and helpfulness has certainly made our trip even more enjoyable with tips and recommendations on places to eat/visit. The place is also conveniently located in Mykonos Town so going around was easy, even if to take the bus out further to explore the island. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay at The Pelican Heritage House was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless—immaculately clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and like at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t be better: just a 1-minute walk to the Old Port and only 2 minutes to the charming streets of Little Venice. It was the ideal location for exploring Mykonos. Nikos, our host, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful throughout our stay. Communication was excellent—he was always available and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We highly recommend The Pelican Heritage House to anyone visiting Mykonos. It’s a fantastic place to stay with outstanding service and a truly unbeatable location.

Ludovic was a wonderful host, he greeted us and carried our bags to his beautiful apartment. He shared tips where to eat and what to do and was always there for us. His beautiful two story appartment is perfectly situated in the old town close to the port. Sunny terrace and really nicely furnished.

The property was very well designed.

We were met by the lovely handsome Ludwig whom was a lovely gentleman he showed us the way to his home and upon arrival he gave us a bottle of champagne which was delightful. His home is beautifully presented tastefully appointed with modern amenities. It is extremely close to the port, little Venice and the windmills. You are in the heart of this beautiful city with toooo many shops and beautiful restaurants. We had a meal on the rooftop and lucky enough to see some fireworks. The home is immaculately clean and quiet considering its amazing location. I would highly recommend it especially if you want to shop 😂 and see all the picturesque views surrounding .

I loved how it was right in the center! Convenient to bus stations and local restaurants/shopping. The host was above and beyond. Even brought me a brand new steamer for the property when I asked if he had one. He responded no and then brought a brand new one that same day. Very responsive host. Very clean. Picked us up at the port lugged all of our luggage from port to the house. Then day of departure he helped bring our luggage to the port and guided us in the right direction. Like wow!!!! That’s amazing service and I would come back and stay again. Thank you so much!! Oh and my sister forgot her shoes at the place and we were already at the port… the host ran back and grabbed her shoes and a charger cord left behind. Never met someone so nice in my life until I met Ludwig. Thank you x1000 😊🫶🏽

Everything!!! Ludwig was an amazing host, best one ever!! He was super kind and helped us with all type of tips as needed and beyond! The house is beautiful, newly decorated and location could not be better. I will recommend this house to anyone going to Mykonos!! Many thanks Ludwig!!
