Central 1-Bedroom Apartment

Had to walk around the corner 10 mins with luggage to collect and drop off. Inconvenient.

The bedroom window did not shut; and was open for both nights whilst on a busy main road.. Meaning I could not sleep at all!!

Nice apartment. Value for money and good location. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob and microwave. Equipped with pots, pans, cutlery etc. Really wasn't missing anything. Easy check-in process. Collect and drop off keys at local shop (not a 5 min walk away). Host sent over check-in details on morning of booking. A great place to stay.

Slight wear and tear on sofa, flooring etc, but nothing too bad that is not to be expected for a rented accommodation. Floor had bits on, but appreciate that laminate flooring is difficult to keep completely dust free so, nothing unacceptable. Vacuum and mop in store cupboard so a quick whizz round and issue sorted.

Nifty little apartment, had a nice bathroom

The check in process was rubbish, lack of info and informed about parking was told free parking on site and no just a couple spaces outside this big building that were never free and cost to stay in. The person you call wasn’t very helpful. I will be in contact with them further, very poor customer service
