"Location Location Location. Small but cute and couldn't be more convenient."

The location is perfect and the unit was just as advertised. It is unusual to find a small convenient apartment with multiple queen beds. The beds were very comfortable with lots of extra pillows, towels, etc. Bonus, on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a farmers market immediately behind the building. We enjoyed picking up fresh fruit, baked goods and coffee in the morning. There is a public courtyard adjacent to the building. We were able to relax there in the morning as we were waiting for those 'sleeping in' to get going.

The unit is a bit musty smelling but we realized the humidifier was 'off' due to a full water bin. We found that if we were diligent about emptying the bin that the unit humidity and smell was fine. I mention this as the Owner may want to add this instruction/recommendation for future renters. The efficiency small refrigerator could have been improved. We are athletes traveling for a tournament and would have liked a real freezer option for ice or more room to store ice packs. We made do - this is a minor point. Parking pass situation: This was OUR Fault but wondering if a better solution might be offered (perhaps a reserved spot somewhere so renters don't have to deal with a parking pass). Parking pass needs to be picked up in unit and hung from car mirror. It is very small and honestly we completely forgot about it (not something we noticed when driving so easily forgotten). We were in a hurry when we left and left the pass in our rental car. This was OUR FAULT and the rental agreement is 100% clear on the fine and policy. We were trying to what we could long distance getting the rental co. to put aside the pass so it could be returned and we ended up getting assistance from the leasing agent on collecting it (someone from their staff). I couldn't be more thrilled with the help and beyond thankful. I wonder if the pass was put on something obnoxious (like hung from a chain) that would make it more visible to those driving to help avoid all the chaos we created. We were truly sorry for the trouble we caused but BEYOND impressed by all the assistance we received. Future renters should know that the communication and support from leasing agent is wonderful. We felt valued even if we accidentally turned into their parking pass nightmare!
