The Olives at Prospect Park

Great location closse to everything. Place was clean and big. It was the same price as a 3-star hotel but the 2 bedrooms were a plus not having to share a bed. I did not cook nor use much of the household items so I don't know if it was well appointed in those areas.

Very close to Dixie highway. The people walking the streets were a bit scary. This is not a luxury property. It is half of a multi-family home. The outside appearance is rough but inside was a gem.

The property was an easy drive to anywhere, it was immaculate and had all the comforts of home once I figured out my Netflix password.

The palms right outside the door could be trimmed and if the hedge between the street and the driveway was 6' shorter it'd be easier to back out. But this seriously was the worst thing and not that bad.

Everything was spot on.

This property really has a feeling of being in someones home. Everything we needed was there. ...even beach towels It's in a quiet neighbourhood with a few restaurants and shops at walking distance. This is close to the airport about 5-7 min drive. There was an issue turning on the tv in one room upon arrival . The host took it serious and did everything to correct it. Very fast response and professional approach. If you don't have a car it is a little far away from the downtown area (1 hour walk). There are busses in the area but it takes a lot of time to get around to specific areas using the bus. Areas that would take 10 min by car 8or taxi/Uber) took 1-1.5 hours with the busses. It will be cheaper to rent a small car during a stay than to use Uber/taxi to get around. Uber prices by night time was 4-fold the day prices.

The bed in one bedroom was a bit squeaky when entering and exiting it but once in bed it did not make any noise.

There are different units on the property (A, B, C, etc.) A unit number was not provided in the reservation confirmation, which would have made the experience easier. Also, the main room was hot; the A/C vent is too small/not enough for such a large room.
