Very convenient location, mostly warm water and when not, the host was available to fix things

the bed was huge and the showers were fine. the neighborhood is very safe and walkable to many interesting parks and public transit - he neighborhood is also full of visiting people from the US and Europe, so it is fairly expensive.

there were very few surfaces in the bathroom to use while brushing teeth or showering for clean clothes , toothpaste, or a towel. they could use more shelves and hooks everywhere. our room was right above the street and loud from cars at night. it didn’t feel sparkling clean (some surfaces were dusty) but wasn’t very dirty. we did not see other guests. we were glad to only stay 2 nights, since other places were only a little pricier for much nicer stays.

The location is brilliant, near to lots of cafes and restaurants in Roma. Having kitchen facilities available was useful.

The check in process was a bit confusing, it would be useful to receive check in info before the time of check in. The room and shared bathroom are quite run down and could do with a deep clean/refresh.
