Beautiful (nearly new), large (1500 sq ft) suite, with 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, large balconies front and back, convenient parking in basement (although an unknown car in our space on 2 occasions). All downhill from there.

Kitchen: Lots of appliances, including washer/dryer, convection stove, but no instructions in English or French as to how to operate (sure, it`s Portugal, but most guests speak and understand English, and little or no Portuguese or Spanish). Took us 1 week to figure out the dryer, took Homing 4 brain surgeons to figure out the convection stove and show us how to operate it. 1 measly sponge to wash dishes, no soap, had to get laundry detergent, dish soap, salt, pepper, wash cloths, etc... Dining area: 1 table for 6, but 4 outdoor chairs, Fortunately, similar chairs outside could have been used in case of need indoors. Washrooms: lots of bare walls, no towel bars, each wr had 1 measly towel stand, too small for large towels, and tipped over easily. Very limited supply of toilet paper, and no tissues, had to supply our own. Empty soap dispensers. Service and supply: despite being told on arrival day that sheets and towels would be changed weekly, were told later that we would get 1 towel and sheet change on 12th day. Team finally came at the end of that day. Other than this, no cleaning service at all for full 18 days we were there. We found a broom and dustpan and kept the suite as clean as we could. We were there for 18 days, paid full price for 18 days, poor support. Had we made 3 consecutive reservations, ie, 6 days, 6 days and final 6 days, I'm sure we would have had cleaning and sheets and towels change every 6 days.

Beautiful new condo with a great gym and parking garage. Close to everything you need.

The construction right beside the building. For 2025 choose your unit carefully as the unit we stayed in was so loud between the hours of 8-6 you could not sit outside. We could touch the scaffolding equipment from our balcony.

Nice location, spacious apartment with private parking.

Cleaning poor, apartment was not clean. For this new apartment a real pitty, if cleaning does not improve it will look terrible way too soon.. (mould, black sealant edges etc)

Very convenient, good value, nice deco, modern, good location, parking, quick communication through WhatsApp, clean.

No products available which feels stingy. No salt, no coffee, no dish soap. Not convenient for short stays and not usual. I think the accomodation is smaller than announced. It is not 160 square meters I would say more around 120.
