"Wunderschön eingerichtetes Apartment mit tollem Blick von dem Pool aufs Meer"

Das Apartment ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bis ins Detail. Wirklich super. Der Pool hat einen super Mega Ausblick aufs Meer, das Auto ist sicher in einer Garage untergestellt. Also alles rund um wirklich perfekt und der Eigentümer ist wirklich sehr sehr nett und immer über Booking Nachrichten erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür. Also besser geht es nicht :) Die Sauberkeit im Apartment ist auch tiptop sauber.

The apartment is newly built and the furniture is also new. The kitchen and the appliances are also new and good brands. It is a non smoking apartment thus the air conditioners function perfectly. The entrance door and the elevator are electronic so no classic key is to be carried over. Everything is clean and fresh. I was there with my family and it is ok. In my view exception is the generalization that the appartment can be used by four or five people. For extra charge of 7 euro per night parking was secured for my vehicle in the basement.

Just for clarification, it is a one bedroom apartment best to be used by a young family with small children. It has one queen size bed in the bedroom and an additional extra folding bed for a baby which, when flatened it blocks the bedroom. The other room has a cauch which could be used for two people to sleep but it is not comfortable. Not meant for four grown adults or two couples.
