C Downtown cozy family loft

Bed. This was the only thing in the apt. which was great.

-not having posibility to have fresh air in the room. There are 2 windows. 1 is facing to the stairs inside and the other in some cubicle where are living and doing toilet pigeons( NOT HEALTHY, SINCE THE WINDOWS HAVE HOLES YOU BREATH EVERYTHING FROM THERE) -at 21:00 was just warm water in the shower and in the morning 08:30 only COLD!!! -the drain in the shower was cloged, so when you showering you were standing in the water coming from the drain (HEALTHY ISSUE) -I HOPE THEY NOT WASHING THE LINEN IN THE WASHING MASCHINE, BCS THERE WAS MOLD. MOLD WAS ALSO on the shower courtain. -party girls in other units: since the room has one window facing to the stairs inside, you can get wake up at 3am with drunk, giggling ladies, which wasnt cutd. AND WERE GOING TO THE FINALE: on our check out, we coldnt leave the premise, bcs someone closed manually the door with the key and the electric key wasnt working bcs someone closed the door. I called the number which was written for me to use in any case, well i called on 10:05 its 16:30 no ons returned my call. So i had to climb a fence as a fugivite so i could go away to catch my flight. (TIME ISSUE) So if u wanna save MONEY dont book this acomodation, your physical/menthal healt is more VALUABLE.

I’m shook that people actually left good reviews for this place. I fell for them, which is why I booked it. First off, this isn’t an APARTMENT. It’s basically a closet on a staircase landing. The place has no windows, except for a tiny one near the ceiling. It’s always dark inside, like you’re in a storage room. Soundproofing? Nonexistent. You’re basically Harry Potter, hearing everything happening on the staircase — who’s walking, what they’re talking about, and even when the hallway light turns on (because the light from the stairwell comes straight through that “ceiling window” into the apartment). Second, there’s a super sketchy metal staircase inside leading to the “second floor” where the bed is. I fell off it because it’s ridiculously slippery and hurt my tailbone badly. Third, the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet brush was so gross we couldn’t even look at it — it was literally covered in crap (yes, we were horrified). There was only soap provided. The hosts could’ve at least left some small shower gel packets or something. If you’re just passing through, you’ll need to go buy a whole bottle of shower gel just for one night. The couch downstairs was dirty too, and next to it, there’s a drying rack with all the washed towels and bedding from the previous guests. So yeah, this place also doubles as a laundry room. «Lovely» On top of that, we arrived at 3:30 PM (check-in starts at 3:00), and the key wasn’t in the lockbox. We had to call the host, who didn’t answer for 10 minutes. We ended up waiting outside until the cleaner came down and put some keys in the box.

The place was nice, cozy looking with all you needed, would recommend for a city break, small vacantion. The owner was nice, he did reply fast and solve any problem that we had. The apratment was clean, it'a nice that the kitchen got anything you need so you can cook in there also. The building was also lovel

We went on the first 2 weeks of nov and it was a bit cold when we arrived, after asking about the heat problem thw owner told us to open the radiators but it was still cold and the issue wss that the heating source and the boiler for hot water are not in the apartment so he needed to deal with the issue and after half an hour it was nice and warm inside and the water was hot by now. I would love this things to be done before we arrived and things to be checked but the solution to the problem was fast so overall it was great, I would recommend it 9/10 that was the only problem with it.

The apartment is located very centrally in a historical building in a nice district, many attractions within walking distance. As the windows are not located towards the rather busy street but towards the staircase which is connected to the inner yard, it is rather calm (depending on the neighbours). The rooms are cosy, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has (except for scissors) everything that you need for a short stay. We were offered to check-in as early as noon, which was a nice gesture. The owner was very helpful when we were having troubles finding the keys and assisted via phone.

Even though the place had an overall nice appearance, we were not too happy with the cleanliness (the floor was kind of dirty, also there was still laundry standing around in the room which we ended up folding and putting away).
