Un peu loin des commerces et des activités. Pas compris pourquoi l 'hotel ne prêtait ou ne louait pas des canoës. Alors qu 'ils étaient a disposition.

Accueil exceptionnel . Hôtel de grande classe au calme , en bordure des backwaters . Nourriture excellente avec un chef aux petits soins pour ses hôtes . Spa merveilleux . Un séjour de 3 jours idyllique .

Everything : but most of all the lovely staff who are friendly, attentive and efficient. Wonderful tranquil, beautiful location and grounds. Delicious food, very comfortable river view villa.

Un lugar increíble. Las vistas, la piscina, el restaurante, el spa, el personal... todo fue maravilloso. Realizamos todas las actividades que pudimos. La cena estaba deliciosa. El desayuno también. La vista desde la habitación era increíble. Fuimos en barco por los manglares. La piscina era tranquila e ideal para relajarse. El masaje que nos dieron fue también maravilloso. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Overall food quality and restaurant service

We stayed for 5 nights in January, and from the moment we checked in, we felt very well taken care of. We had a villa with perfect location right by the pool. The villa was spacious with plenty of room for two. Restaurant menu was excellent. We had room service every day. We had a candle light dinner one evening and it was out of this world! A must, if you stay here. The spa was good, but the bed was a little too hard for my wife during the first spa treatment. The manager immediately offered a free boat ride into the mangroves, and a different softer bed for next spa treatment. It couldn’t be better. The boat ride was also excellent and the driver was kind and helpful to us.

Nothing! A recommendation, which was also communicated to the management during our stay, was the English skills of some of the staff, which could be improved.

Fantastic stay in amazing room with private pool. Very happy all round and would return without hesitation.
