Iason Guest House in Mazeri

The hust family were very nice and we had a sense of closeness to their culture. We learn many things about Georgia and its people😎

The room that we reserved was not free and we were forced to stay in a less comfortable old room😐

It feels like vacations at your grandparents house, views are amazing. Food was amazing and girls there are speaking fluent english and Russian.

The location is good for hiking the TCT and the ratio of rooms to bathrooms are good. The facility is clean and the yard is nice to relax in after a days hike.

While at the property, I was asked to give up half of my room I booked to accommodate another hiker. I did so to be kind but no discount was given while they charged both of us a full rate. In addition, I noticed I was given a different meal than the other guests (lacking dishes in comparison). We all paid the same for dinner and breakfast.

Very nice family. Accommodation in the middle of the mountains, an authentic experience. The price corresponds to the quality of accommodation.

The bed was very soft. I put the mattress on the floor, then OK.

Nice accomodation in very nice place. Hosts prepare awesome food, and were very helpful. Even they helped with find time of deprture of bus to Zugdidi. Hosts spead both english and russian. Hotel near the main hiking trails in Mazeri :)

Bed was not very comfortable, but after all day hiking, it wasn't big problem :)

Location was good as it was near the start of the waterfall trail and the Etseri trail. The staff were really lovely (especially the Georgian ski champ!). Food was good. We are vegan and had lots of bread, potato, salad and buckwheat. The hot shower was great. Don't expect a 5* hotel, you are in a small Georgian village. Thank you for our stay.

Good location in a beautiful Mazeri village. Hospitable owners - family, with English speaking boy, who advised us about the trip. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Cake for a dinner and chaczapuri for breakfast was delicious.

There was no heating in the rooms, and the weather was still spring (we was on early May), so it was very cold at nights, even with additional heater. The dinner could be bigger - for the same price we used to have more reach dinner in Georgia.

I was cold in the common room even in coat in april, we needed a bit more equipment for kitchen.
