"Location and value"

I had a nice stay, the owner was very friendly. The location was great, lots of restaurants, bars and sites in the neighborhood. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay, this works perfectly.

The room could use a coat of paint, the mattress is old but if it was new it wouldn't be economical. If you'd rather have a private room rather than a hostel with 8 other people, book it. If you want new everything and are a princess, keep looking.
