Large Duplex in Town Center

One floor living!

It was second floor up very steep stairs and the AC was not already on when we arrived and it was hot as hell.

The proximity to town center was perfect. Parked out car in the driveway and walked everywhere we wanted to go in town

Couldn't get the TV to work to find a local news station.

Cute place for a 1900 home and had the things we needed for the most part. Was in a good location and was convenient to places. Price was good.

The living room couch was not comfortable, needs a higher back. Would be nice if there were curtains or darkening shades, we never got to sleep in because it was too bright when the sun came up. The microwave did not work after we brought food back thinking it would. The steps were very steep, trying to carry stuff up and the handrail not being all the way up, was a little hard. Several plug in sockets don't work, it was a game seeing which ones would, and last would have been nice to give the code for tv, spent 2-3 days trying to figure it out before having to reach out. Not everyone streams.
