totally not able get in the hotel room it should be a scam. The user guide to get the key all not receive by the property owner called the contact number of the property owner is not available and not reachable same as it’s whatsapp

Dear One Team at Iskandar Medini & Booking.com, I am writing to formally request a refund for my booking, totaling RM160.48. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the property as the location was not clearly stated on the Booking.com platform. I attempted to contact the property a day prior to my check-in date but did not receive any response. On the day of my intended check-in, I also contacted Booking.com for assistance, but again, there was no response. As a result, I was forced to check in at another accommodation and continued my attempts to locate the original property, but to no avail. Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you process my refund as soon as possible and respond to this email promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very BAD service, scammer, i even couldn’t call the owner, and I already paid for 3 day 2 night for booking, however, i call multiple times no answer!!! Kindly return back my money
