Friendly and helpful family. Yummy breakfast! Had bikes all ready for us to hire at 5 am, as well as organise transport to Hanoi. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. It was nice and quiet, and an easy walk to the main street. We wished we could stay another night.

The hosts were really nice and helpful. The room and showers were really good and comfortable. The family have a very nice resturant few minuts from the homestay.

Hosts were lovely, kind and helpful, despite limited english (he is a whiz with translating on phone 🙂). Good location in a quiet street. Room was basic but clean and comfortable.

We had the pleasure of staying at this brand new homestay in Tam Coc, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts welcomed us with warm smiles and provided invaluable local tips. The room was clean and comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere allowed for relaxation after our adventures exploring the breathtaking landscapes and nearby caves. The location was perfect—close to popular attractions and restaurants yet tucked away enough to get a good nights sleep. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Tam Coc.

The hosts are lovely and the room was super clean and spacious. It’s a 2 min walking distance from the central street with all the restaurants and bars but on a quiet road. Highly recommended

This is a new family-run facility, where all the hosts work hard to make the stay as positive as possible. Good breakfasts, spacious clean rooms, located close enough to the central area to easily access restaurants etc, yet far enough off the main road to be relatively quiet and private. I felt like I was fully immersed in Vietnamese culture, unlike the tourist-overrun places along the lake. The family really wants this to work out, so cheerfully go the extra mile if needed, and the adult children are involved in tourism, so can give knowledgeable info and arrange transport etc. To deal with August's hot weather, I rented a bike, to go to Lying Dragon Mountain and the Thung Nham Bird Park, as well as general exploring. The hosts have lived in Tam Coc for decades, and have many connections. They got me a ride to Hanoi airport for much less even than 12Go. I only regret that I didn't learn about their connection to the foot-rowers sooner. I recommend this facility if you stay around Tam Coc.

The house is beautiful and the owners are a lovely family. They served us the breakfast just made the two days we were there. They also rented us bicycles and motorcycles so that we could move around the area. After our check out, we kept the bags there🌈 The hostel is very well located, next to a main street full of shops and restaurants. The room is very clean and the bed is huge! We were very very comfortable!! ❤️

All was perfect

Lovely, comfortable home stay that is centrally located but still located within a quiet street. The owners were very friendly and attentive. After we checked out they stored our luggage for free, and let us shower before we got on our bus later in the day. Highly recommend staying here!
