"The villa is not value for money and agency did not provide advertised facilities."

Great views over the sea, comfortable stay.

Unfortunately the advertised jacuzzi was not working and despite the fact that on arrival a replacement was promised by your agent, no changes were made during our stay. Thus our experience was considerably affected. It would have been nice to hear back from the agency in reply of our complaint.
