Even though the room itself was okay (the mattress was a bit uncomfortable), the main reason we were very disappointed with our stay, was the noise. There was a party upstairs with a lot of students for the whole night. We asked them to be quiet three times, but they didn't listen. We had to call the owner after the third time, at 3 in morning. We had work the next day, and we were not able to sleep for the whole night. Reading back the reviews, this is not the first time it happened, it's probably common for the upstairs room to be rented out to big groups of students.

Localização, apesar das obras a decorrer no local.

É lamentável constatar que apos regressar a este alojamento as avarias e problemas identificados continuarem sem resolução, nomeadamente a TV que continua sem ser possível visualizar os canis, candeeiro partido, maçaneta da porta a funcionar mal. Denota falta de respeito pelos clientes, triste, dado que aquele equipamento tem tudo para ser excelente!!Basta fazerem manutenção e respeitar os clientes que pagam para serem bem servidos.

Excelente localização, muito perto da UC, um charme o apto, super confortável.

Quando chegamos, achamos que as camas não estavam com roupas de cama muito limpas, com alguma poeira. Comunicamos ao responsável e imediatamente ala mandou que fossem lá e trocassem toda a roupa de cama. Extremamente atenciosas as funcionárias!
