The mactan Newtwon Near Airport with POOL&BEACH access

Location is great because restaurant and grocery store /convenience store were nearby.

We stayed for 9 days. The television wasn't working..Tried to inform them many times but no response right away. They changed the television after 6days..The kitchen was stinky. Maybe because of the laundry area, smell like canal😂

Is in a good location with everything that was on the list.

The rep for the accommodation was a little pushy asking to pay cash so she didn't have to pay commission to booking.com. I found this inappropriate. Maybe something she needs to think about in the future for other guest

It’s close to some stores and safe

AC were leaking and no one responded to the report that was done by the maintenance. It happened on the 2nd night and water from the AC were all over next to my bed. Agent wasn’t responding at all and didn’t even reach out the maintenance staff. Never heard from him at all aside the first night we stayed and he even came so late to check us in. Can’t hear up water and microwave not even working.

The facilities and location of the hotel were good. The flight was early in the morning, so I booked a hotel for a short stay, but I had a hard time finding it because the address was wrong and there was no hotel name.

I like how spacious the living room is and the swimming pool is nice, too.

They didn’t clean the bathroom of the unit properly. There were too many hair stands in the bathtub drain. I had yo pull them out myself just so the water could pass through. There were no bathroom mats. They didn’t give us a heads up that the beach was far from the condo. Also, their Wi-fi wasn’t working and I had to contact the staff from time to time for them to fix it.
