The cleaning and checking out terms and conditions. Too rigid and even though charge cleaning fees but still need to throw rubbish yourself. The corridor have strong odour of rubbish waste

The location is superb, ITCC is a shopping heaven, free parking at the basement, a good place to do stairs climbing as it has about 20 floors, enough water supply, powerful 3 air conditioners. Easy to find this place and the price is reasonable. Wonderful scent when you enter the apartment for the first time, just like entering an aeroplane. The WiFi is great.

Just suggestions to make this place better: 1. There should be a wall mounted towel rack in the bathroom to put towel or clothes. 2. The wood double bed is nice, but I think the screw is loosing, so it makes some uncomfortable sound when you are lying on the bed. 3. Personally, one pillow is enough not for me, please provide some extra pillows. One or two should be enough. Thank you.

the unit is clean with wifi and netflix, privacy because need to use keycard to use lift, feel save. the toilet clean, kitchen clean with refrigerator. free parking. near to Mall with a lot of food outlets. no worry if hungry, 5 min walk to mall

knife not sharp, cannot use to peel Manggo. no big teapot to make a tea of coffee for 4 persons. hard go get parking space since near to ITTC Mall. A lot of people parking theirs cars to shopping. Remote ctrl hard to use, down arrow button not function. only shampoo available not shower cream, at night noises hear from neighbour, loud TV speaker and music at night.
