Evans Luxurious Apartment 1

Ήταν ένα εξαιρετικό υπερσύγχρονο διαμέρισμα, άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλα τα απαραίτητα που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Το κρεββάτι super , τέλειο και το ντούς! Δυνατo air-conditioning που δεν καταλαβαίνεις τον καύσωνα που είχε έξω. Μου είχαν νερό και κάψουλες καφέ για την εσπρεσσιερα. Ήταν ήσυχα παρόλο που είναι στο απόλυτο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, όλα πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια. Ευχαριστώ για την φιλοξενία! Σίγουρα θα μείνω ξανά όταν ξαναβρεθώ Ηράκλειο!

Lokalizacja, wyposażenie i udogodnienia. Przestronna bardzo funkcjonalna łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Tv z Netflix, szlafroki i kapcie.

Location was fantastic. Only steps away from all that you need.

The weather the first day was very dusty and rainy which made a bit of a mess. Certainly not anyone's fault but we didn't get to enjoy the balcony because of this.

The apartment is clean with a very comfortable and functional living space. The balcony is great for morning coffee. The kitchen is well appointed. The living room is nice and spacious. The bedroom has good closets and a soft comfortable bed. The shower is stylish. The location is great for walking. The blocks in the old town area are very small. So, when it looks like something is 3-5 blocks away on the map it is really just a few minutes walk. The restaurants and shopping are very nice.

Outstanding! My stay in Heraklion was enhanced by this great apartment. It is centrally located, in the middle of the old town, modernly furnished with everything you need, and I found it quieter than expected. The landlord also contributed to a pleasant stay, as he was always available and very helpful. I felt at home and would love to come back.

Oh, my....Of the many vacation rentals my husband and I have experienced around the world, this was the best. The location in the heart of the pedestrianized historic district gave us a feeling of authentic life in Crete's capital. The apartment was handsomely decorated by someone who clearly understood interior design. For example, the sliding glass door on the bedroom offered both privacy and light. Awaiting us on arrival, in addition to a bottle of good local wine and some pastries, were helpful printed materials, apparently written by the owner, describing not just the functional details of the apartment, but also recommending restaurants in the area and even describing the work of archeologist Sir Arthur Evans, for whom the street was named. Our host Demetrios was available personally to answer questions or help make our stay pleasant. He demonstrated an exemplary combination of warmth and pride. We were not surprised to learn that he and his family owned and had developed the four units in this building.

Like many travelers, we spend time on our laptop computer and would have appreciated an office chair with adjustable seat.

STILL ABOVE EXPECTATIONS, ON OUR 3rd. STAY!!! Great place, great location and great host- couldn't ask for more. Excellent 100 Mbps internet speed, very comfy queen bed, hot and cold air conditioning, etc., etc. Although smack in the middle of the center, the apartment is extremely quiet. Supermarket, boutique stores & plenty restaurants, a 5-minute walk away, which includes Kalamakis for great BBQed chicken, pork & lamb skewers, where locals eat, and the pizza place next door to Kalamakis, is really good- exit the building, go down to your right, then a left, and you'll see them down the street- very easy.
