QUIET PEACEFUL 2BR apartment with parking in KIRCHBERG

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Everything was as described in the listing. The wifi was very fast. There is a regular filter coffee machine (ground coffee is provided), but also a nespresso machine and pods were provided. The communication with the host was very efficient. The instructions for check-in/out were very accurate and easy to follow. There is also a private parking spot in the underground garage. The apartment is roughly 4.5km from the main tourist attractions. It's very easy to walk but if you don't want to, the bus stop is very very close to the building. There is also a big shopping center nearby (700m).

Loved the location! Easy walking to the bus and team lines, but very close to parks, trails, gardens. It is, as listed, quiet and peaceful. The apartment is bright and spotless, with every possible amenity.

The owner informed us with late notice that he would come and do some upgrades (heater and sensor lamps)in the apartment during our stay. This restricted our privacy and use of apartment so it was a bit uncomfortable.

Bathroom of good quality, but not a good showering facility. host has undertaken to rectify this small disadvantage.

Great communication and good location.

The host responded quickly to all of my questions. In addition, the apartment building itself is nice and in perfect condition, as is the apartment. Fully appointed kitchen and either the host or previous guests left enough food to get started with - spices, oil, a bottle of beer, two bottles of wine, rice cakes, beans, coffee (plus a Nespresso-type coffee machine with plenty of capsules).

I traveled for work and took my family with me, staying for five nights. The apartment is conveniently located close to most business offices and offers easy access to downtown. Supermarket Auchan, a cinema, a mall, and various restaurants are only a 7-minute walk away. The bus stop is right next to the building, and transportation is free. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. It’s located on the 4th floor, but the elevator provides easy access to both the apartment and the underground parking. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Parking is easily accessible and located under the building. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. We will definitely return, whether for work or personal visits.
