CHSchöne luftige, etwas überdekorierte, Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Ein Gärtchen, das man benützen darf. Der Hausherr hat guten Humor und macht leckeres Frühstück.
Etwas schwierig zu finden, da am Haus weder ein Indiz für ein B&B , noch ein Name steht. Man fühlt sich nicht sehr willkommen. Die Schuhe muss man ausziehen und mit Socken im Haus umhergehen. Verständlich, da überall helle Teppiche. Trotzdem, alles ein wenig eigenartig.
CAThe owner is a real gem! Because of the hot weather I arrived drenched in sweat from the South Down Way, first thing he did was making me seat down and giving me water with ice to unwind, then offered to make me a packed lunch for breakfast next morning since I mentionned I wanted to leave around 6:00 to hike before it gets to hot, even though he usually doesn't do that, but he understood the exceptionnal heat situation. He gave me access to his ice maker and cold water from the fridge it was really appreciated! And the list goes on! You won't regret your stay there, it's lovely and comfortable.
GBReally enjoyed my stay. Nice room, very tidy and clean, and with a lot of gadgets and attention to detail. Chris was a fantastic host, and made every effort to help during the stay. Lovely breakfast.

GBChris is the perfect host! Very much focus on the details and make sure you feel at home. Third stay at his and it is better than ever. Room is nice and breakfast superb. Happy to visit next year again.
I really struggle to find anything. It is exactly what it says it will be so not surprises. That is great.
USI enjoyed interactions with the genial host
NLNa vele nachten met lichte gordijnen hadden we hier een rustige en donkere kamer. We hebben daardoor heerlijk geslapen. Daarnaast is Chris een geweldige gastheer. Je voelt je echt welkom in zijn huis. Alles is heel goed verzorgd. De locatie is perfect voor wandelingen en de trein naar Portsmouth. De wandeling naar Steep en Poet's stone is een aanrader. Het dorp is heel leuk. Lekker eten bij Annie Jones en vergeet de Physic Garden niet te bezoeken. We konden de auto makkelijk kwijt.
GBVery comfortable room, clean with every amenity you might require. The owner, Chris was very helpful- happy to accommodate anyone needing an early breakfast start- a very good breakfast- varied and big-. Very close to the station/ bus stops which was an asset. Very nicely sized town, historical , clean, interesting- within easy reach of the South Downs.
There weren't any problems with this stay, or with the property owner. It was all very good. Would be happy to come again and/or recommend `Perfect for Petersfield ` to others.
GBBedroom had everything you could ask for and more. Lovely little touches such as water, biscuits and even chocolate were along side the tea tray which had an array of different teas to choose from.
Everything was perfect. Nothing we didn't like
