La location en elle même, vraiment dans le thème de la crête. La piscine, magnifique et très grande (attention piscine à l’eau de mer). L’accueil du personnel au petit déjeuner, très agréable et plein de sourires et qui ne se prive pas de nous conseiller pour nos futures ballades, vraiment top ! Et la vue sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner, magnifique. Et pour finir, le calme qui règne et vraiment des plus appréciable.

En septembre, le personnel n’est plus au complet donc il manque parfois le barman à la piscine mais ce n’est pas bien grave en définitive.

Η θάλασσα δεν είναι για μπάνιο... μόνο την βλέπεις.

Τα δωμάτια είναι διαμορφωμένα και χτισμένα με τέτοιο τρόπο λες και είσαι σε ένα μεγάλο χωριό στη μέση του πουθενά! Όμορφο τοπίο, απόλυτη ηρεμία!!!!

Φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα και δεν ήταν κανείς στην reception. Αφού καλέσαμε στο τηλέφωνο που βρήκαμε στην είσοδο, ήρθε το παιδί από την πισίνα που εκτελούσε και χρέη υποδοχής. Το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ παλιό, με πάτωμα σαν ψάθα (βολικό για να μην καθαρίζεται) που μύριζε μούχλα! Τα σεντόνια δεν ήταν καθαρά ούτε υπήρχαν έξτρα στην ντουλάπα! Τα παράθυρα δεν ξέρω πότε καθαρίστηκαν τελευταία φορά, γεμάτα αράχνες! Σιτες μόνο σε ένα παράθυρο, δεν έβλεπες από τη σκόνη! Οι πόρτες άθλιες με πόμολα παμπάλαια και ανύπαρκτες ροζέτες!!!!! Πλακάκια στην είσοδο του δωματίου επίσης βρώμικα! Το μπάνιο είναι γεμάτο αράχνες και η ντουζιέρα όλο σκουριές! Πισίνα βαθιά χωρίς ναυαγοσώστη. Είχε ξεμείνει η σκούπα μέσα στην πισίνα! Επίσης βρώμικη! Δεν το προτείνουμε σε καμία περίπτωση, ειδικά για οικογένειες και σίγουρα δεν θα έρθουμε ξανά! Τα 133,00€ που πληρώσαμε για ένα βράδυ σίγουρα δεν άξιζαν!

Lieu a coupé le souffle !! La chambre était simple mais parfaite ! L accueil extraordinaire.

Seul point a améliorer : l état de la piscine (un peu sale) qui ne donne malheureusement pas envie de s'y baigner, et les équipements vieillissant (chaises longues abîmées, parasols vieillissant..)

Everything was truly excellent – the apartment itself, the beautifully arranged and very spacious interior, and the huge terrace. Marija is incredibly thoughtful and makes sure everyone feels at home, preparing whatever you wish for breakfast with care and kindness. The photos really don’t reflect how huge the complex is and tastefully decorated the place is. If you're looking for peace and quiet, away from the crowds, and want to relax on a hill just above the sea – this is the ideal spot.

One small downside: the bathroom is a bit compact, and the showers didn’t work perfectly during our stay – but this didn’t significantly affect our overall experience.

Wonderful and very friendly staff, breathtaking landscapes, stunning balcony views, and a peaceful atmosphere with lovely pool, perfectly located between Sitia, Vai Beach, and Xerokambos. George and Maria were truly a pleasure to deal with warm, helpful, and welcoming. Recommended

Breakfast was rather good and the Employees were polite.

We were forced to live earlier because of the poor condition of the room/facilities and despite the fact they promised to refund us, they didn't return the money putting the blame to Booking platform.
