The house is in front of the NASI DAGANG ATAS TOL shop. Also near to other shops as well. Good environment.

The place is very dirty with dirt, bugs. The bed sheet were never change. Aircond filter is very dirty with heavy dust. Very disappointing. The house is full of dust and spiderweb. The front yard also dirty with dry leaves..

The host didn't pick up our calls despite the fact that we were calling 1-2 hours before our arriving. We had difficulties to check in and had to call customer services to help us contact the host. One night later the host contacted us and told us that they forgot to bring along their business phone(?) this act really shows that the host is really irresponsible towards their business. i cannot accept that we are coming from the northern region and we are bringing our elderly. I hope this kind of situation doesn't happen to future customers.
