SIA very nice apartment, practically brand new (and probably actually is). Almost in the center of Pula. You can do everything on foot. Parking is available in the courtyard behind a sliding gate. The apartment is fully equipped: stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, etc.. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The host, Marko, is very friendly and responds within a few minutes. There are only two apartments in the facility.
Very unusual, but one of the beds squeaked a lot. It looks brand new, so it was probably an issue with the assembly. It would have been a nice touch if we had been welcomed with some drinks in the fridge, maybe some fruit or a small snack — even just water. But that does not affect my rating.

GBThe apartment was perfect for the four of us. It was spacious, a great kitchen and having two bathrooms was perfect. The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the amphitheater and into the centre of the town, where there are plenty of restaurants. It has a great terrace,again plenty of room for four. The parking on site was a real bonus.
ATModernes Appartement in neu erbautem Haus, ganz nahe dem Zentrum mit Terrasse und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wir waren zu Fuss bequem in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt.
Informationen zur Stadt und ein Stadtplan wären uns bei der ersten Orientierung eine Hilfe gewesen. Einige kleine leicht behebbare Mängel haben uns nicht wirklich gestört, offenbar ist das Appartement ganz neu (Reisedatum 20.-22.4.2026) und es fehlt noch Erfahrung.

USExcellent location, walking distance from all the touristic sites with a good grocery store a few blocks away. Having private parking is a big plus in this city. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well-equipped and furnished.
