Almost perfect. I think for us we traveled back and forth to Tokoroa which was far
NZConveniently located and extremely well-equipped accommodation especially as we like to self-cater. Air conditioning and double glazing was awesome on cold and frosty mornings prior to hitting the bike trails.
We found bed (and sofa) uncomfortably firm. We would have rated this accommodation a 10 if it wasn't for this. Info in unit said Netflix was available and to use Guest login but we were unable to find this login, it may have been inadvertently deleted? Wardropes in rooms had no rails or hangers which was a bit strange as rest of unit had everything you could think of.

NZShower was amazing, beds very comfy. Kitchen had everything needed to eat in.
CAWe had great communication from the host regarding how to access the site. The town of Mangakino is a bit secluded, but within an hour's drive of many sites. The cooking facilities were stellar; we had a large refrigerator, stove top and oven. The shower was beautiful, and the living and bedroom spaces are great.
It would have been nice to have a teapot available. Also, the only grocery store in town is a small 4 Square, so guests need to do their shopping before they arrive (we figured this out so it didn't cause us any trouble).

We loved everything at Cosy, only a recommendation for others who might be travelling with wheelchair accessible guests. I found it difficult pushing a wheelchair across pavers and grass. An added ramp onto the deck would be great. Having a grab rail in the shower with a non slip shower base would be welcomed for disabled guests.
