The room size was quite good

Food - breakfast and buffet was below average Basic amenities like tissues were not available in the rooms Pillows were not comfortable and not clean Toilet paper not replaced

Spacious Room Friendly housekeeping Lady (Rani) & manager (Ravi)

Poor hygiene standards. The staff kept delaying the room service & made us wait forever & still didn’t end up getting the right stuff we asked for The flush wasn’t working, kept breaking down and we had to nag them to change our rooms The broken flush in the toilet was washed in the sink Nobody was available for late night checkin and to help with luggage The staff isn’t trained enough to handle the guests
