Staff was really helpful specially shyam, balram and Sushma I did not like the receptionist behaviour she was quite rude tho or maybe she does not know how to treat a customer apart from that every thing was good

Front staff,Buffet menu ,though not huge but varieties were there .The manager at the restaurant was courteous and looked personally at every details .I especially liked the serving and attentiveness at the table .I invited my friends for NH 44 buffet dinner ,which they liked much.

The location is not popular.There is no shop outside the hotel for general necessity.The security was only single layer which is dangerous ,there was no one to pick my luggage in the lobby,so I had to do it myself.The hotel lacks swimming pool and also a bar which makes it a 2 star property.

AC was not working properly, breakfast was not appreciable. Overall there could have been more options for breakfast. The sausages and salami served was very dry and tasteless. Papaya served was raw and hard.
