Contemporary 3 Bedroom Flat

The rooms were spacious and the view on the garden is nice

The mattresses were too thin and the frame is a bit too hard. One should be careful sitting on the bed.

Shower broke and pieces of the flooring were coming up. Missing enough plates and utensils for the number of beds.

Excellent stay! The apartment was clean, spacious and cosy. Exceptional value for money and a great central location to get around the local areas and Edinburgh. Local amenities are easily accessible. We look forward to our next visit! ☺️

The price

I didn’t like the neighbours,very noisy, the TV didn’t work, no aerial channels and very slow internet connection….The windows was very hard to lock them back, the birds wake us at 04:00 having they breakfast from the bin that was placed on the side of building. Awful stay…but for this money i should expect that….

Lovely place to stay.comfortable,spacious and clean.and free parking nearby is an added bonus.the only fault i can say there is no door lock in the toilet and the flat. And no microwave😬otherwise its highly recommended.

No Toilet doorlock and the flat itself No microwave as well But little things as compared to our lovely experience . Good place to stay

The area, view, and close to family, the space was very good,

Stairs, toilet seat moved when you sat down and shower/ bath had no slip mat, plug was damaged in lounge area, when I hovered there was burns in back bedroom carpet, didn't affect us but , l let them know about them, fridge door had dents in it.
