L entree peut faire peur, style post socialist, mais apres, tres belle surprise: l'appartement est chaleureux, décoré avec tres bon gout (parquet, porte). Equipements neufs. Bravo a la proprio pour son bout gout.

Seul bemol, 4e etage sans ascenceur mais cage d escalier large et peu pentu
