The location was very good, walking distance from the Bock Casemates. Near a walking trial to Fort Obergrünewald & MUDAM. Ideal for 4 persons. Peaceful location. Parking space near the house. Eveything we needed was available. The house was warm and cosy, we had a great stay.

The door code did not work, but we used the key that was foreseen in a outdoor locker. We had no problem getting in.

La struttura era sporca e con presenza di numerosi ragni e ragnatele per la casa al piano terra. Al piano primo invece nessun problema. La biancheria letto e cucina non era pulita.

Very comfortable, the location is good: Walking distance to Clausen or the funicular. Great value for money. The apartment is as shown on the advertisement. Nice Nespresso machine for coffee.

There were no toiletries. I'm aware now that the description indeed doesn't include toiletries, but we arrived late and needed showers, it would have been nice to have at least some shower gel or shampoo available. The check-in details were tricky: we were given a code for the front door but this didn't work at all. Luckily there was also a lockbox with a physical key available so we got into the house eventually.

The apartment is within walking distance to the city center.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights, and it wasn’t until the last day that we finally managed to reach a temperature of 20°C in all rooms. On the previous days, it was between 16-18°C, which we discussed with the owner. It seems like a similar issue must have occurred in the past; otherwise, I can’t explain why there were three portable thermometers placed around the apartment. Communication with the owner was sometimes unpleasant, especially when he asked me twice to contact the service company myself and arrange the boiler repair. Another negative experience was receiving a very directive message about partial cleaning before departure, despite having paid an €85 cleaning fee—this is not a common practice. Although the owner confirmed that cleaning was included in the price, he still insisted on partial cleaning (bedding, trash, etc.). Only after intervention from Booking.com did he change his opinion, saying that he would only 'appreciate' if we did some cleaning.

This was a lovely, comfortable and very quiet place for our stay in Luxembourg. Great location and perfect for our family if 4.

Location, walking distance to cultural sites, close to the river, 150 metres to the bus stop which gives you free transport anywhere. The provision of a washing machine and dryer. Plenty of space to move around.

Presentation, towels left neatly on all the beds were damp and had to be dried before use. General cleanliness, dirty marks on the wall behind the hand towel in the toilet, food spills down the inside of the doors on the sink cupboard. MOULD on the walls behind the couch in the lounge. This is probably because the property is never ventilated adequately. Exposed wiring back of lamp on the stair.

Location superb for city and main attractions. Great character from outside.

Lots of space Good location if you don't mind hills (can use buses and the cliff elevator to help with that) Washing machine and tumble drier

The house has a massive damp problem. There is black mold on the walls mostly in the lounge, everything feels wet, and the whole house smells damp. I tumble dried the sheets on the bed and towels we were given and a significant amount of water came out into the condenser. Hanging up clothes on a chair overnight made them wet. The house would have been lovely if it wasn't damp, but it really affected our stay and I was very tempted to leave and find somewhere else to stay. No plug for the kitchen sink.

Quiet, well equipped and in a perfect location.

Couple of extra pillows in master bedroom would’ve been nice.
