Amazing villa for a family of 4 Lots of space. Clean. Buggy transport very helpful Location very central

Construction happening next door which we were advised about. We had an issue with bathroom facing construction site and only a bamboo fence with large gaps to seperate. Were not able to use bathroom on quite a few occasions as workers were right up against fence and clearly visible. Construction also carried on until 10:30pm on 1 Occassion.

We loved our stay at Nisi Villas! The accomodation is beautiful, we had the best night sleeps as it’s so quiet and has the comfiest beds. Dewa and his team were so friendly and helpful! Will 100% be back.

Staff were great, amazing location. Having the buggy to drop you near by was really handy.

Only has 1 small lock box in the main bedroom, you pay a premium price so breakfast should be included.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Everything felt brand new, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The bright, clean design with its beautiful white interiors created a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to Dewa, who was an outstanding host throughout our stay. Despite our late evening arrival, he welcomed us warmly and made sure everything was taken care of. His kindness, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made a real difference and contributed greatly to our positive experience. What impressed us most was the personal attention Dewa gave to his guests. One member of our group celebrated a birthday during our stay, and Dewa thoughtfully arranged a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a lovely gift. It was such a wonderful surprise and made the occasion feel truly special. This level of care and attention is something we greatly appreciated and will remember for a long time. We also enjoyed the floating breakfast experience, which was beautifully prepared and decorated. It was a lovely highlight of our stay and created a memorable moment. Overall, we felt very comfortable here and were genuinely impressed by the hospitality and dedication shown by Dewa.

There was very little to dislike. If we could suggest one area for improvement, it would be the regular breakfast service. While we appreciate that breakfast is available, the presentation did not quite match the otherwise premium experience of the villa. Considering the price, receiving breakfast in takeaway-style cardboard boxes felt somewhat out of place. A more traditional and thoughtfully presented breakfast service would make the overall experience even better.
