From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Friendly, attentive, and always just a message away, Bagas helped us with everything from local recommendations to transport. He truly made us feel at home. The villa itself is stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. We especially loved the private pool and the serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One unexpected but much-appreciated bonus was the private golf buggy service. It was such a convenient and fun way to get into town, head to the beach, or explore the surrounding area without the hassle of arranging transport every time. In short, Nisi Villa exceeded all our expectations. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or a stylish base for exploring Uluwatu, this place ticks all the boxes. Our stay at the villa was amazing, thanks to the incredible dedication and professionalism of our villa manager Bagas. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. His attentiveness and hard work was evident in every interaction, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. Not only was he efficient, but his kindness and genuine care made us feel welcomed. Bagas had strong communication skills, it was so great to chat with him and he was great at anticipating our needs, handling everything with such professionalism. We cannot recommend Nisi Villas and manager Bagas highly enough. Thank you for your outstanding service.
