La habitación estaba muy dejada e incluso con humedades. Les pedimos un taxi pero no tienen un proveedor de referencia y nos dejo tirados; el conserje llamó a otro y al final vino un taxista un tanto excéntrico
FROn the other hand, demanding a passport and payment before seeing the room is not very correct, due to the boss's responsibility. On the other hand, the young man who did all the work was efficient and very friendly.

SIThe place was great. Clean, comfortable. The owner was very kind and attentive. We asked him if he could arrange a ride for us to the airport very early in the morning (2:30AM). At the end he offered himself to drive us for a very reasonable price. He also woke us up and made sure we weren't late. Thank you, sir! Good luck.

The shower basin needs replacing. The bedroom smelt strongly of cleaning chemicals (but at least it was clean). Friendly host (though a little full on in checking when I was going out/coming back)
ZAI chose to acclimatise and plan the rest of my Sri Lanka trip from Negombo - and what a great place to have done it. A/c was great. Internet was great. It was very nice to work on the top level patio outside (but very hot). Staff was super friendly, and they even checked if I made it back home the one night - I was just sleeping soundly. Highly recommend. Location was also good - nice and quiet area, but still close to restaurants. There's also a very small water/chips/laundry detergent shop right next door if you need any essentials.
