Η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ κακή. Προσπαθήσαμε πολλές φορές να καλέσουμε πριν την άφιξή μας για να ρωτήσουμε αν μπορούμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες, αλλά δεν μας απάντησε ποτέ. Μόνο την ημέρα της άφιξης, ενώ ήμασταν ήδη έξω από το κατάλυμα, μας έστειλε μήνυμα ότι το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν έτοιμο, χωρίς καμία προηγούμενη ενημέρωση. Για το check-out, η απάντηση ήρθε την επόμενη μέρα το μεσημέρι, όταν είχαμε ήδη φύγει. Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση και μηδενική συνέπεια στην επικοινωνία. Το κατάλυμα είναι όταν στο κέντρο είχε πάρα πολλά σκαλιά για να ανέβεις καθώς είναι στον τρίτο όροφοΤο κατάλυμα είναι όταν στο κέντρο είχε πάρα πολλά σκαλιά για να ανέβεις καθώς είναι στον τρίτο όροφο.

The location was great. Right in the centre of Corfu town

The communal staircase and handrail were very unsafe. No instructions or guidance on how to operate boiler or cooker and tv. No info on where to deposit rubbish. One bin bag provided for rubbish of four persons in bathroom. Totally inadequate for a week. One small towel provided per person for week. Really needed a change half way through stay. Ironing board provided but no iron. One key between two couples which meant you had to descend 45 steps to open door if second coup,e arrived back at a different time.

LOCATION WE LIVED IN THE CENTER OF OLD TOWN. amazing location. The place was clean. That’s all we care. Plus the host was nice and if any questions- he was prompt to answer and help. we enjoyed our stay

Beautiful view, great location and easy to find, beds comfortable, staff polite when communicating

We arrived and had no communication with the owner. We had to sit in a cafe worried that we had been scammed until we were told the keys had been left in an unsafe way, when we entered the building we climbed three flights of uneven steps in the pitch black with our cases only to find the key did not work in the door we had been told. We tried three other doors and found our apartment, to find the correct keys for the door stated inside. The door to the toilet does not close so had to use a door peg from my room. The night was noisy and my window was smashed when I arrived so we did not sleep well. We found a mouldy croissant in one of the drawers and the toilet does not flush, we had to use a bucket and spent much of our stay informing each other of using the bathroom which felt horrible. We appreciate that the buildings are old and the host can do nothing about the stairs but it is dangerous and the bannisters loose with lights only on the second and third floor. The shower leaked all over the floor and sometimes we did not have water, which I hear is a general problem in the old town. We stayed for only two days then booked somewhere else and lost a lot of money.
