チェックアウトしてないのに鍵かけてたロッカー開けられて物が移動されてた

Location is excellent. The capsules are bigger than I was expecting and overall I had a very comfortable stay. They provide earplugs which are essential - I arrived late and other guests were still milling around and chatting well into midnight. I checked in past reception opening hours however the console was very simple to use and I had no issues. I would stay again.

I didn't feel the luggage storage area was particularly secure so I would recommend bringing your own lock which you can wrap around a bar. There are small lockers provided for valuables though. There were only three showers and toilets which didn't seem enough for the amount of capsules although I didn't have any issues. Some guests aren't as considerate as others which is to be expected in such an environment.

The staff were really good and helpful. Overall the hotel was upto expectations!

It was in the middle of the city so shopping was easy!

They only give you 1 room key. That key is needed to keep the lights/ac on in the room but also needed in the elevator.. it was hard to manage since some of my party wanted to stay inside while others wanted to go roam the city.

Modern and clean, other guests were respectful and considerate.

The water temperature in the shower seemed difficult to control, either too hot or too cold.
