USThe room itself was excellent. 2 things to consider, though. There is no wifi, except in the office, which is not close. Like Cinque Terre in general the walk to the room up the main street of Riomaggiore even with just a carry-on was strenuous for senior citizens. Office personnel did help us with our luggage once we arrived there. My advice is to take the elevator right off the train stop that will take you to a street on the same level as the office rather than going through the pedestrian tunnel and up the main street.
No criticisms of the room or service itself.

ITPosizione ottima, personale del check-in molto accogliente e gentile, e dimensioni della stanza giuste, anche se molto umida.
Bagno molto piccolo e cieco. Il sistema di ventilazione, non funzionante, era molto sporco. La pulizia in generale lasciava un po' a desiderare purtroppo.

ITDEDie Lage des Hotels ist in einer Seitenstraße von Riomaggiore, alles ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Man muss allerdings den Berg hoch laufen, also für Menschen, die damit Schwierigkeiten haben, weniger geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt
Es gibt kein WLAN im Hotel und es gibt einige Zimmer die unterirdisch sind, was dann auch mit mobilen Daten schwierig sein könnte.
