Beautiful views and natural surroundings. Hotel is well maintained with nice garden and pool.

The villa is located in a great place in the center of many interest points. You can rent a scooter from the location and explore Tegalalang rice terrace, Batur volcano, Sideman, Ubud and lots of areas around. It is a great place to stay, quiet and clean. Because of rain season lots of villas in the jungle area are smelling like mold, but we were surprised here was not the case so everything was good. It is a villa and the rooms are not.cleaned every day, but if you ask at the reception they will come to clean. Also for the towels, you should ask for changing them.

Each and everything was perfect. All the staffs are very kind and very friendly. We booked for 2 days but we extended 2 more days. The room and toilet is very very clean. I highly recommend this place 😊

The building, room and property is all gorgeous. The owner really have an eye for details, also in maintaining the garden.

Being in the humid inland, most places seems to have a problem with fungus and poor sewer system, this place is no exception.

The Villa is perfect,Nice view of the jungle,acceptable breackfast,big room with nice Bath,towel changed everyday,you can find on the pool border too,nice little kitchen fully equipment,room service impecabble.The pool was clean and nice.Freindly,welcomking and helpfull staff.

The main issue is the location,it like 20 mins from ubud with bike or grab(you may wait some time before finding a driver cause no much traffic nearby). We re in 1st floor we had poor wifi connection inside the room but working perfectly outside.

What a great place , the area surround is just great with a touch of jungle atmosphere. Pool, terrace, fishes tanks, just wonderful. Room and toilet absolutely clean, breakfast included, prepared right after you wake up. Flexibility for check in and check out. Staff always smily, helpful and hardworking. The view and the sound of the nature will keep up speechless

The staff was amazing, very helpful for everything and understanding. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is not in the centre of Ubud which coukd be a problem for some but we found it actually so much better. It is calm, doesnt feel crowded by tourists and having a great view and experience. Having breakfast serves just for you in the terrace in front of your room is amazing especially when having little one that can walk around the table without disturbing anyone (like it woukd be the case in a restaurant). There is indeed no restaurant and the closest restaurant require a car drive but the hotel makes up for it by having an option of food delivery which was very good and on time.

I loved staying at Maru Fortuna, you can tell immediately that it’s a place made with love and the service is exceptional. Clean, large rooms with kitchen facilities and private outside space. Friendly helpful staff and an amazing location. Just 20 minutes drive from central Ubud but feels like you’re in the middle of the rainforest, nice local amenities nearby and they even provide a laundry service which is great value. 100% recommend and would definitely stay there again.
