Everything! Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and super helpful and friendly hosts. Jan and Pete were very responsive and pro-actively assisted with arrival information.ation as a result of the rains. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. My family and I had a great short weekend here, and everyone loved it. Thank you! 😊

Amazing weekend stay at a lovely property! The setting is lovely, great hot tub and facilities (didn't get to use the games room :( ), and perfect rooms for 4 couples and 3 babies. We loved the huge open plan area which was perfect for our group, with great dining table and kitchen space. Beds were really comfy and bathroom/ensuite really clean. Great area for walks/pub visits in Henllan, only wish we had more time to explore the grounds which were occupied by 4 peacocks!

The accommodation was absolutely stunning, decor amazing, really comfortable and cozy. Lots of lovely touches, welcome basket was very kind. Wonderful location, there were 10 of us celebrating a number of birthdays, anniversaries, etc. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend and stay again. Very quiet location, loved the games room and hot tub xx

Stunning location and property was finished to a lovely standard. Spacious and homely and very well equipped kitchen.

Nothing to not like.

Excellent accommodation. Many nice little touches made it very welcoming, such as a well stocked welcome basket. Very dog friendly, to the point that there were dog bowls, biscuits, and towels provided.

The controls in the en-suite shower were slightly confusing. That's a very minor niggle, though. There was very little to complain about.

Fabulous house that was super clean. Spacious and comfortable. Amazing hot tub and games room. Would certainly recommend!

Slightly further driving distances to most attractions we wanted to go to but still workable and most things within an hour (aber falls, Chester, Chester zoo, Conwy, Denbigh moors).

Nothing. It was just perfect

I visited with my family and we couldn’t have asked for more. The house is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Even the dog was catered for. The house was immaculate. The owners were lovely. Games room was a great addition. We loved the peacocks. Loads to do in the local area. Loved the hot tub especially the speakers. Welcome basket was a great touch. It was perfect.

There really are no negatives to this property. It’s just perfect!

Absolutely gorgeous property! It was spotless, very comfortable and there was so much for the kids to do including the games room, gaming television, hot tub and surrounding woodland. There were 5 kids, 4 adults and two dogs and plenty of room. The owners were really helpful as well and there was lots of information about the local area in the welcome book.
